"Most Addictive Vice' (Process Analysis Essay)

   "Chocolate can drive your mouth wild and crazy." It is one of the most sweet and delicious food that had been made in the history. I am not sure where it is originated but I think it is somewhere from Europe. Chocolates can boost or increase your endorphins. That's why the most of the people that eat chocolates increases their endorphins which is the source of human emotions and happiness.

    Now let me ask you, do you like choc-o-late? Well of course everybody likes chocolate, no one can resist eating chocolates. That's why I am here to tell you how to make simple, easy but delicious and mouth watering chocolates. I will teach you how to make white chocolate because white chocolate is my favorite.

     First thing to do in making white chocolate is to prepare the equipment needed. The equipment that you must prepare are metal casserole, wooden spoon,molder, and gas stove. While the ingredients that you need are white chocolate bar, butter, vanilla, fresh milk. Thee are the main ingredients but you can add some flavorings like nuts, fruits or mallows. 

    The first step  that you must do is preheat the stove in medium low fire. Just wait for it until the pan is already hot. When the pan is already hot put the butter, wait for it until it is melted. It must be cooked only in low fire because if the fire is too high the butter will burn. You must also stir it slowly.

     The next step is grate the white chocolate bar. After you grate it put it in the melted butter then cook it again in a low fire. Wait until it is thoroughly melted. Stir it slowly when the chocolate is completely melted, put one tsp. of vanilla for added flavor then slowly pour the milk, stir it slowly. when it is done turn off the heat.

     Third step is put some flavorings. You can choose from nuts, mallows or fruits. Mix it with the white chocolate then stir it until it is well blended. After that put it in the ref. After you chill it you can put it in a fancy box tied with ribbon then you can give it to someone special this coming valentines day.

      Now that you know how to make chocolates your life will be sweeter and now you can taste life's perfection. Start making it so your mouth will start going wild.

Remembering Rizal (Narrative Essay)

Do you know who is Jose Rizal? Well if you ask me of course, I know him he is the National Filipino Hero. On June 19,1861 he is born. He offer his life for our country. He had written many stories , he likes making stories, two of his most known works are the Noli Me Tangere and El Filibusterismo. To know more about Rizal we watched his story entitled as "Batang Rizal" last January 28.

That was a great experience for us when we watched the "Batang Rizal" in the Assumption Theater. It is my first time to enter that theater. It is a very big theater. The actors and actresses are good in acting. They must be professional stage performers.

For me the whole play is good. But some of the parts are boring that's why in the middle of the play I had slept. There are also funny and serious scenes. But all in all it is a good play everyone must watch it so they will know the life of Rizal when he was young.

Of course there is a message or a lesson in that play. And the lesson that I had learned is that heroes are not just sacrificing their lives but they are using their minds in a good and intelligent way to protect our country from those enemies.
